He’s like Jacob Hester, don’t think he does anything in the prosSkattebo is a cool feel good story right now. Jeanty will be the guy teams regret not taking.

I know everyone thinks Jeanty is a generational player, and while he is an intriguing prospect, He hasn't ever really played anyone. The only good defense he played (Penn State) held him to under 4 yards per carry. Not overwhelming. He has great vision and burst, but doesn't really have that 5th gear to pull away. I'd change my position on him if he runs a sub 4.5 at the draft, but he's not gonna outrun NFL DBs like he does Mountain West DBs. I think other running back prospects like Omarion Hampton, Kaleb Johnson, and Quinshon Judkins are all as equally likely to be legitimate capable feature backs in the NFL. If I could have any of the above, AND an additional draft pick in the mid 20s to get an elite TE like Loveland or Warren, I'd take that over just Jeanty ALL DAY.
I don't get he gets past number 2. I hear the Titians REALLY like him.Should be a decent chance (looking at the teams ahead of us) that Tetairoa McMillan is on the board when we pick, so I'll go with him.
He reminds me of John Riggins...He’s like Jacob Hester, don’t think he does anything in the pros
It took him 30 carries to get over 100 yards. At his size, he wont last long in the NFL getting 30 carries a game. He also wont last long fumbling twice every game either. He's hit 22mph in game, is that fast enough? It's funny that some fans are down playing his game against Penn St., but the draft gurus and other articles out there are complimenting that he still went for over 100 yards against a team that sold out to stop him.

The Penn State did stop him. And they won the game. You can stand on his 100 yards if you think that's sum, but 2 fumbles and a big fat LOSS at all that.
yes and looking at Darnold in FA. The Titans aren't sold on the Qb class this year. Many teams aren'tI don't get he gets past number 2. I hear the Titians REALLY like him.

He unquestionably does have a gear to pull away and has shown it on numerous occasions throughout his career at BSU. Whether we should take him or not is a completely different debate, but the dude is incredibly talented.I know everyone thinks Jeanty is a generational player, and while he is an intriguing prospect, He hasn't ever really played anyone. Going through them I really done see it. Maybe the Raiders, but that seems questionable with Bowers being their “alpha” receiving threat and Jakobi Meyers being a decent number 2 option. They have way bigger needs than WR.I hope you are right. But I think most of the teams ahead of us could take McMillan.
He fumbled 4 times this season, 5 times last season. Ball security is one of the few consistent knocks on him. And again, I want to re-iterate, he's playing against Mountain West defenses. So you discount his entire season of which he only fumbled twice for 1 game where one of the top teams in the country did everything they could to hold him to 100 yards? You're going to "stand on" that?

Jeanty has already shown he can pull away from legit defenses. He did so with ease against Oregon this year.
Last year against Washington (National Championship runner up) he took this catch for a 50 yard touchdown outrunning their defense
The beauty of modern day analytics is we can easily gauge how fast a player like Jeanty is on the field. He has legit speed.
