Things That Make You Feel Old (2 Viewers)

This thread sucks.

I got 6 hours continuous sleep last night and feel like I won the lottery. I wonder when it might happen again...

On the positive side, my lady friend is 49 and I'm 63. This can make me feel both old and young :hihi:

Glad to hear the old fella is living well!!!!

I attended NATPE a couple times in the late 90s.. i remember seeing the cast of Baywatch 😍.. as well as Donny & Marie, who had a daytime talk show at the time.. but ill never , ever forget seeing my childhood crush (no, not Catherine Bach, the other one)- Alyssa Milano.. she had recently cut most of her hair off, was all tatted-up and sitting there chain-smoking cigs.. i actually did a couple of shots from a bar they had set up, in order to get some ‘liquid courage’ to go up and say hello to her.. but it was to no avail, i just couldnt get myself to do it.. that occurred over a quarter century ago now, so in the spirit of this thread- i feel ancient .
Muhammed Ali was the BIG name that year I think. There was a throng of people around him at all times.

The Matrix is currently playing on TV. Of course, I have it on, standing around watching it in between doing other things. I was just thinking that it came out in 1999, making it 25 years old. That's not possible, right?

Some years ago I took out my Letterman's jacket from high school. In the inside pocket was a movie ticket stub from 1999, my senior year. It was the Matrix. I put it back in the pocket and put the jacket back on the hanger and into the closet. Cool memories of cruising in a 72 Camaro with my future wife checking out the latest flick at the mall theater....

I graduated in 1979 and had a '71 Camaro :covri:

Now I feel old. Thanks a lot. This thread sucks ***
