Just thought this was worth a share especially being that this is a guy who knows what it takes upstairs to be a great NFL WR beyond the natural born gifts they were born with. Smith was a 5’9” WR who played with technical savvy and an attitude like a rabid pitbull backed into a corner. Sorta makes me hesitate wanting TMac if he’s there at 9 based on his assessment.

Where’s he have Higgins?
I’m not so much going on the placing, but he has him at 8 but spoke better about him than guys ranked above him. The more I watch about him, the more I’m hoping we can get Warren at 9 and Higgins at 40, so we can start making our passing attack a weapon again. Hoping we can get a starting LG sure up before the draft, tho, so I can like those two picks more.

Daniel Jeremiah's 3.0 mock draft had Golden as his 1st WR taken at 12 and he had TMac going at 22, 2nd WR off the board.

Higgins could very well be the best WR from the draft looking back in 4 years and I wouldn’t be surprised in the least.

It's not just a WR we need it's a certain type of WR we need. We don't really need a under 6' under 200lb WR, we have those. We need a big body contested pass catcher with good YA. Now that could come in a TE like Warren. But Tet fits just what we need. I'd be perfectly happy if Tet runs a bad 40 and we can trade down to like 18 and get him

Tet ran a 4.8 at his pro day

4.8 or 4.48?
