Who saw that coming?Chris Paul fouled out with 8min in 4th .
They finally calling the fouls on him.Who saw that coming?
He must have come within 6 ft of LukaChris Paul fouled out with 8min in 4th .
I think that ref is either done with his sheet, or he didn’t get the memo that CP3 should never be fouled out of a game.He must have come within 6 ft of Luka
Sure, Luka flops like a European, but CP3 is also chippy and known to crotch kick.He must have come within 6 ft of Luka
The King is king IMHO...I think it's well established at this point that traveling and carrying are no longer a violation in the NBA.
Literally watched a dude slide down the court for 10 feet on his butt while possessing the ball (and not dribbling) and nary a whistle blew.
nope. there are not enough ball to go around for the touches. If those 3 had stayed in OKC they’d have all the rings

as you present it, there are at least an additional 2 sides to the story - there's security that has to put up with that nonsense and make a judgement call about something they'd probably rather adults not get themselves into such a situation, and most importantly - there are the other fans sitting there trying to enjoy a game but they can't bc two group of adults want to insert themselves into the narrativeMavericks ban 'unruly fans' for attempting 'unwanted hugs' with Chris Paul's family

I believe more details need to be released on this story. There are cameras everywhere in NBA arenas, were none of them able to catch the fan bothering Paul’s family?
I recall a few years back going to Kobe’s final game at the blender (Smoothie King arena), and sitting in the lower bowl a few seats in front of Kendrick Perkins’ (yes, the crap analyst/novelty act from ESPN) family. I didn’t realize that they were his family (though the jerseys should have been a dead giveaway).
Perkins was playing every minute like he was on his last legs (he wasn’t more than a big body for most of his career anyway). I believe he got dunked on by someone and I was just tired of his performance, so I was just yelling for them to get him out of the game, he was playing like trash, and whatever other superlative (nothing non-basketball related though).
He got messed over again, and I started yelling even louder, and his family started calling me and my friend all sorts of names, and threatening to have Perk beat us up. My friend said something to the extent of “given his recent performance, I like my chances in that fight.” People around us started laughing, and his uncle, brother, dad, not sure came over to my friend and got nose to nose with him, while some other clown came up next to me, and they started talking crap about “how we do in Southeast Texas”. Neither of us understood where the threat was, we are both from New Orleans, there isn’t anything Southeast Texas could do/show us that being from Mid City New Orleans, and New Orleans Public School hadn’t taught us already.
Fast forward heads cooling down, and Perk finally getting proving to be more than a doorstop, and his family starts barking at us. A few moments later Smoothie King Security come up to my friend and I asking us to leave. Not sure why, we asked what for, and they said they had received complaints from guests. The folks sitting around us started pleading our case, while Perks family started barking. The security team hearing them also booted his entire family with us.
Long story short, we got removed by security, Perks family got removed, and we all beat traffic home without having to deal with fighting big Perk or his family.
All I’m saying is there are two sides to this story, so I would like to see what the fan actually did.
