But I’m also thinking it’s guerrilla tactics - like in Full Metal Jacket when the sniper kept shooting the downed soldier trying to draw out others to get sniper as well

I am fairly sure it’s in part an inside job by my security forces so I am doing away with merciful beheadings and bringing back the pogroms. I can do these things even though I am kilt because I’m dictator-for-life-and-beyond
