Lol, it was wild. The part that actually shocked me, was the fact that they never crossed paths close enough in 10 years, to where their fight could’ve happened sooner. Napa Valley isn’t a big town.

What Alvin did was okay!
Because of social media people have become too accustomed to stepping over lines that shouldn't be crossed. That dude stepped over a line and got dealt with. Bet he won't harass random women again.
 
I can't remember his name, But, if anyone can take credit for anything in this case. It was the guy who said, Greene and Kamara would settle this case w/$$$$$$. And with out Greene the DA would have to offer a plea deal w/ no jail time.

Myself, I thought the film evidence would be enough to go to trial. But, they were right. That is exactly what happened.

You don't know that though. And if it was justified, he would have gotten off. As it is, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor and had to pay $100k for damages and whatever civil amount they settled on.

You might think it's justified, but society doesn't.

Regardless, I should have said almost no one, :9:.

yea, most don't think it was OK.

But there are many times where someone is not guilty of a crime, but still settle a lawsuit. happens everday.
 
Lotta mental gymnastics again in this one... We saw the guy get jumped on video, and we also saw the video of the whole gang bragging about it. Nobody was working things out, or justifying a beating... This was a happy fun time casino asre whipping by a group of guys that enjoyed it (AK41 included).... What the guy said is irrelevant - That beating was not warranted... One guy with one arm from that group could have "dealt with him"... The Plea deal and mystery Civil settlement make that much clear. What he and his boys did was wrong and disgusting, and they enjoyed it.

All that said... It's over.... I don't care anymore if the victim / courts don't care and have settled the matter. I am disappointed in AK41... But I am disappointed with a lot of people I am friends with / family with / actively have an interest with. So I won't care about what kind of person he is at this point. I'll just care about him as a football player and Saints player... I want to see what his punishment from the NFL will be.... and let it be that.
