If I cut everything, I could save enough to buy a UCS Falcon in a few months. Lol.They'll probably let you stop watching then, but hey, more money for Lego.

As a commie and acknowledged financial noob, I can see a fairly clear distinction between advertisement and promotionapparently if you pay for the ad-free luxury, you can't skip the trailers. B/c amazon, in some strange logic, does not consider trailers to be ads...
That's a thin wire to see my "Fellow Traveler"~! Ain't a RCH betwixt 'em~! Amazon and Bezos can ALL KMA and Choke on it "Splatty Diarrhea" is what I have to inject into this convo~!As a commie and acknowledged financial noob, I can see a fairly clear distinction between advertisement and promotion
Pluto tv is the cord cutter go to, love it.Anybody use Pluto TV? It's got a lot of channels of good stuff. Plus, on demand with variety of things. For me, it has two Star Trek channels currently playing TNG and DS9. That's my happy place.
Edit: And it's free.
For nowPluto tv is the cord cutter go to, love it.

Yea it’s going to be a “pay monthly when something is on” service for me after next renewal. I’m trying to wean off of getting everything off amazon anywayI'm getting ready to cancel Prime Video, the ads are absolutely ridiculous....what exactly am I paying for?
Agreed. My renewal was before the announcement. I’m getting ripped off for almost an entire year.It argues that those who've already paid for a year-long Prime subscription are expecting to enjoy an uninterrupted viewing experience as Amazon had promised. But since they're also affected by this recent development, Amazon is "depriving them of the reasonable expectations to which they are entitled." The class action is seeking at least $5 million in damages and is asking the court for an injunction "prohibiting [Amazon's] deceptive conduct."
Well, for the longest time, I had prime just for shipping. The other stuff were always extras for me. I've only used prime TV for a handful of shows like Jack Reacher. There's still some value with Amazon shopping and shipping, but it's not nearly the value it used to be because other companies have caught on. Amazon doesn't always have the best prices, and with everyone doing either free shipping, or free with a minimum purchase, Amazon loses that advantage. I'm getting close to cutting them entirely myself.Yea it’s going to be a “pay monthly when something is on” service for me after next renewal.
