Stop being such a *****? :dunno:

Find a cheap fare to Vegas, rent a car, drive out to the Chicken Ranch.

Or go to Amsterdam.

u broke up with her, no pity here my friend....

Buck Up, Find a Bar, Bring One Home!!!

(at least you didnt catch her sleepin with her tennis instructor after 4 years, such in my case)

Hookers and blow. If that doesn't do the trick...

Listen to Nilsson's Greatest Hits on repeat. Then call the doctor:

Write a lot of poetry and listen to slow Phil Collins songs.

She was giving me the runaround about her commitment to us, and I got tired of her dropping hints about us not working out. I know she has been spending a lot of time with some other ******* and it all boiled down to "' ihave lots of doubts about us and she basically refuses to comedown to see me. I just need some ideas to get this whole bit of nastiness off my mind.

dude, i didnt know you were a saints fan or i wouldnt have done it. ok, i would have anyway...
she wanted it over bro, deal with it...

Oooh, low blow.:hihi:

Don't we have a thread on the music board for just such an emergency?

We're with ya, Maxp. Most of us have been through this a time or two, whether we're male or female.

I tend to stay away from too much booze when I'm down, it just pulls me down further. When I was single, a long motorcycle ride, some good tunes, and a few cold ones knocked back the blues a little. hang out with your friends some.

Allow yourself to feel the hurt. It's an important part of the healing process and tells you in no uncertain terms you're alive. In the Buddhist faith, all thoughts, feelings, and perceptions are seen as transient. This too shall pass, my friend. Better times ahead:)

Thursday, one of my best bud's uncles was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and my cousin got caught in the rain, hydroplaned off the road, overcorrected, got T-boned by a car going the other direction, and is in the hospital in a drug-induced coma with bleeding on the brain. See? Life ain't as bad as you thought it was. :)
