Best hole in the wall restaurants in N.O? (1 Viewer)

if still there, Juneau's Po-boys, in marrero on corner of Ave A across from West Jeff High School.

I don't know if Stein's Deli counts as a hole-in-the-wall (it's on the corner of Jackson & Magazine after all) but it sure feels like one when you're in there. And it is DELICIOUS!!!

Coops is definitely a hole in the wall and the food is AWESOME!

...and when you go to Coops, stick your head in the window of Molly's next door and look at that Redskin's helmet hanging from the ceiling...could it be...Billy's? :tup2:

I like the Clover on Bourbon St, too.

after work after katrina i used to stop at Causeway Bar and Grill at 3am and get an awesome burger and cheese frieds...

they are kind of a one trick pony, but they are good.

how about mandenas in midcity

My experiences are pretty limited but I went to Liuzza's a couple of times. I liked the place. Where I first had fried pickles and they have large schooners of ice cold beer.
