Me and my wife do listen to Bobby while we're stuck in traffic heading home from New Orleans after any game we get to attend.
I've never noticed him being drunk really... And maybe that's why my wife is always the one driving.

Classless statement, I'd retract that and apologize tomorrow if I was him. I don't wish any player injury ever... Even Cam Newton.

Not going to say Bobby should lose his show however. Not over this. Now if enough people quit listening to his show, then of course he'll be gone. But I have a hard time judging folks for things I've done myself. Getting drunk and saying stupid shirt? Guilty... just ask my wife.

BTW... I no longer drink hard liquor. Just organic, low alcohol, low calorie, low carb beer. And that's probably one of the main reasons my wife is still around to drive us home from Saints games.

But Hebert still is a big part of gamedays and he's just terrible.

You have a whole generation that hold on to Buddy D and his lack of "professionalism"... But then that was in a time when the Saints were simply a bad team for most of the years he called games.

Bobby is simply continuing that legacy and ratcheting up the rhetoric.

I don't care who you are, rooting for a member of the team you support to go on IR because their injury was so severe is pretty classless. To do it as a supposedly professional radio host? That's just downright pathetic, and really shouldn't stand.

Bobby is awesome. He is funny and knowledgeable - and most of us have said a thing or 2 about a player we are frustrated with. He doesn’t actually hope Eli Apple goes to IR he just wants someone else to start over him. I love listening to Bobby. He’s a fan who happens to be about as knowledgeable as they come. Not only that he’s a big reason that Coach Oeaux played college football and thus by extrapolation became a coach. He’s fun as heck.

I could give 2 shirts about him being responsible for Orgeron. And I bet Orgeron would echo what most are saying here.

I'm sure a drunk Bobby is fun as heck but this isn't a private party. This is 50, 000 watt radio.

Hebert on WWL is an embarrassment to the city and region. Blame the station's management that cares nothing about quality programming and knows that, because of lack of competition, it can make money regardless of whom it hires.

People have been saying Bobby sounds drunk on the air numerous times. If so, how can WWL condone an employee drinking on the job? Not saying he isn't lit up like a Christmas tree, just wondering how he can get away with it.

I think the Saints should force him to make a public apology and then after he does it they should revoke his press pass!!

I haven't listened to him in years and really the only reason that people still do listen is to hear how big of an idiot he can make of himself!!

If enough people would call or email or whatever source you choose and voice their displeasure with Hebert and his behavior then something might happen!!
