I haven't listened to Bobby in years. In fact, I don't think I've ever listened to an entire segment with him hosting.

If he doesnt actually wish it, he should apologize. It's is unacceptable for a professional broadcaster to say that on-air. He's not some moron on a fan forum, but if he wants to be that should be arranged.

In all honesty, Bobby's on air persona would be banned if it were translated to the super forum. I can't tolerate his show. I like the early show with Steve Cort. And I like the broadcast of the game well enough. I shut it down for Bobby though.

“Look, I know Eli has played as well as he can for the Saints and this organization. But we also need to be honest. His play has not ben very good. That being said, if he is really injured in a way that he will be unable to practice and contribute next week and into the playoffs, the Saints need to move on to Jenkins to get him ready for a championship run. Place Apple on IR and let’s move on and wish him good health”

Pretty simple if you ask me. But instead, Bobby, in his typical fashion, screwed up. If anything, I think the Saints organization will have something to say. WWL may not have a choice.

He'll probably apologize or clarify what he meant in his mind today on the Second Guess Show at the Silver Slipper. I'll be listening.

Only way it will change is if you complain. Call the Saints front desk, tweet them, send them an email. I can’t imagine the team will support this garbage. At a minimum they can get a public apology and he can be called out for that trash.
