Last Friday I had to go to our very generic corporate headquarters in a very generic corporate office building in very generic corporate Linthicum, Maryland outside Baltimore. The seminar was exceptionally generic corporate completed by 2 regional managers to fulfill their quarterly quota of in-person managers meetings. It sucked, and then I got stuck in weekend vacation traffic on the way home which lengthened my trip by an hour. Oh, and my company is so crappy they don't pay mileage, and my round trip was 240 miles. Fear not, I will have vengeance...

I stopped into the weed store, looking to ease my anxiety and poor sleep with legal marijuana. What I found is that the staff and patrons were extremely helpful. Per suggestion from the guy behind me who is an expert on weed, I settled on an Indica strain called Good Green. I returned home, got showered and settled in, and smoked my first legal bowl. The relaxing effect was immediate, and I stayed pretty high for about an hour. Went to be normal time, and slept 6 1/2 hours which is an epic achievement for me.

I don't intend for daily use, more of an occasional or "break glass in case of emergency" but it really helped. I'm glad it's legal in Maryland because now my employer can't drug test us

Perhaps one could make the argument that since weed is now legal, my purchase qualifies as generic corporate

TBH nothing wrong with daily use. Treat it like having a drink in the evening. It's way better at helping you relax after a long day than a stiff drink. You don't have to get blasted every time.

$45 for 1/8 ounce but it's potent, so given my low tolerance this should last 6 months or so.

On second thought, given the way life has been lately it may not last until September

Same but I got some gummies once that sincerely helped me sleep. I only ate a 1/4 of a one and slept like a kid. First time I ate the entire thing. Don’t do that.

I can't/shouldn't smoke but I do find that a gummy on occasion is just what the doctor ordered. MBR has a medical cannabis card, but it is legal in our neck of the woods.

For 30 years I just knew that when I retired I would be smoking a couple of times a week. Then when I retired, I tried a few times and just absolutely hated the high that I used to love.

I’ve had some super light THC in Oregon that I loved but I’m just assuming that you can’t get the type of super-specific, a la carte “menu items” here in the Louisiana outlets — am I wrong about that?

I'm approved for medical....I had been on both Lyrica and Gabapentin for nerve pain in my legs from my lumbar injury without a problem and then one day Lyrica made me suicidal and Gabapentin turned me into the Hulk (the rage part, at least) so I got pulled off them and approved for medical marijuana.

It's forking ridiculous....the dispensary here in Baton Rouge is charging $80-$100 for .5 gram vape pods. You can get sealed 2-3 gram disposable vape pens on the street for $60

Same happened to me. I picked up a bag of caramels locally and while in the shop, the guy behind the counter offered me a free sample. Now the caramels are 20mg per and I have had them previously. What I didn't know was that the gummy was 100mg. Suffice to say I was pretty much mummified after the 100mg kicked in. It took everything in me to muster the ability to focus long enough to get up from my desk in my office and make it to the bedroom.
