Gotta go with the SEC… even the new SEC.Guess I’m for Texas now, can’t stand the other three.
Pretty clear that getting a bye isn't an advantage at all.So it is Seeds #5 thru #8 that’s going to the semifinals.
Kinda strange for the first ever 12 team playoff format.
I really don't think so. The teams with the bye all lost this week. No difference imo.Wonder if the game would have the same result if it was played yesterday
Or else the top 4 teams were ‘misranked’.Pretty clear that getting a bye isn't an advantage at all.
I mean, if it were a couple, I could see it, but all 4 games? I don't think so.Or else the top 4 teams were ‘misranked’.
Well, the committee had to put the Ducks in the top 4. But Ohio State was having no part of it. I just believe that the top 4 in the rankings weren’t really the best 4 college teams in the nation.I mean, if it were a couple, I could see it, but all 4 games? I don't think so.
I mean, without hindsight who else are you gonna put in the top 4? tOSU should have been a top 4 team. ND lost to NIU although that obviously was a fluke and very early in the season. Texas wasn't exactly impressive and probably should have lost to ASU. UGA was a top 4 team and should have been based on their season. They didn't play well at all tonight.Well, the committee had to put the Ducks in the top 4. But Ohio State was having no part of it. I can’t honestly say that I followed all the teams who made the playoffs. But I’m guessing that Penn State and Ohio State will be playing for all the marbles. Of the top 4 in the playoffs, only Arizona State put up a real fight.I mean, without hindsight who else are you gonna put in the top 4? tOSU should have been a top 4 team. No one would have put PSU in the top 4 before this week. So...
