The closer the draft gets, the more I hope that Sheldon Richardson lasts to the 15th pick.

Bunkley at NT, Richardson and Cam at DE, Hicks able to rotate at each spot or start at the nose. That's a damn good interior for a 3-4. Add in the depth at DE with Will Smith(who'll probably be fighting for a starting job), Tom Johnson and Tyrunn Walker battling in camp and a possible mid-round pick at DT like Kwame Geathers and the transition to this new defense won't be as painful as many people think.

You would be amazed at how fast a guy can move up the draft. I had Floyd at 12-15 (hoping for us), and most mocks had him about 10-12. Now, you may not find him beneath 3-5 on any mock [Honestly, its why I stay away from mocks and all the predraft stuff]. All it takes is for one team, one network or one coach to like somebody, and they skyrocket. Too much talk about Richardson now, he won't be there either. Unless someone can start a rumor.

Keep in mind, we never know what Loomis and Payton are thinking.

Let's just say I'm indifferent about LSU, but some of my favorite Saints were Tigers - Hilliard, Martin and Gajan. Devery has been solid. Kenninson, not so much.

Al Woods, Mike Mayes dont forget them, both 4th rounders. Hokie and Martin panned-out, they were 7th and 10th rounders. I think we got Hilton in 2nd round...may have been 3rd, dont remember. I can understand indifferent, which I am as well. Basically, what I was saying was that most of the guys that came out of LSU and did something went elsewhere..Addai, Ryan Clark, Landry, Booger McFarland, Bowe [Claiborne-developing] etc..just off the top of my head.

You can never have enough pass rushers..i mean, if one of the top olbs falls to you, i hope the saints will run to the podium with the pick

Nice. Probably cheaper than guys like Freeney and Osi but definitely has a lot more upside.

Might see some formations that include only linebackers and DBs. Rob is going to have some fun.
