If he's that slow, he'll be a liability in coverage. Imagine him trying to keep up with the slew of 4.6 and faster TEs that have proliferated. That's not a good combination, particularly since he's only 6'2". These measurables suggest a specialist/backup, so I think we'll still be looking for a LB in the draft.

This would imply that if he can produce in a starting role like he did in his limited role with Dallas that this could be one hell of a signing. It oozes classic Loomis signings- upside player, reasonable contract, etc.

And THIS is what makes this signing awesome. I'm sure Nnamdi is watching this, and hopefully this would influence him to follow suit. Even though our defense was less than spectacular, joining our team is still desirable. Loving it...
