Chris I’m sure considers himself a go-to guy and would like to get paid like one. Catching passes when defenders know the ball is coming to you and are gunning for you is part of the territory. He’s not at Ohio State playing with JSN, Garret Wilson, and Harrison Jr all on the same team anymore. More defenders are going to be focused on him. I don’t see anything wrong with the way we have used him to this point in his career.

I get his brother being unpopular due to his tweets/comments, but Chris Olave hasn’t really conveyed the idea that he wants to be paid #1 money without getting hit or having defenders focusing on him.

He’s played hurt and produced when he hasn’t had head injuries. I think questions about how we can maximize his skills and put him in better spots are fair. I think questions about whether he can be a #1 receiver are also fair (but I don’t think that invalidates the “can we use him better?” question).

Why does everyone assume that Josh Olave is going to go scorched earth? Didn't he kind of rollback his comments on the tweet machine?

He’s not a guy in media, and based off his commentary (even how he asked to be on the stream) one might assume he’s not media trained.

As someone who is thoroughly media trained, I’m withholding my personal opinion.
