Ah, yeah, that might be what I was thinking. I do remember one play where he was hit in the head and no call.I believe there was a penalty on that play. There was no penalty on the Bucs player who concussed him, however.

Newsflash. If they didn't care, they wouldn't bother appealing the fines. And it will lead to more 15 yard penalties so even if they don't care, their coaches will.
They’ll probably be elaborating further on this point during the stream. I’m sure Josh can’t wait to go in.
They appeal because they can. Also, the "They" I am referring to is the NFL. They don't care about concussions.
It's lipservice that you are buying into. They aren't doing anything to take it out of the game. After the fact, pennies on the dollar fines does nothing.
We see the hits in every game. If they were really doing something, they would work their way out of the game.
Olave's brother stepping in and talking reminds me a lot of the Derrick Rose situation in Chicago. Rose tore his ACL, he was cleared after 8/9 months but his brothers started directing him on what to do and he didn't come back till 18 months. That rubbed Chicago the wrong way..This is a bad look for Olaves brother and Nick.
I don’t know. In my opinion, the concussions aren’t his fault. I don’t get having negative thoughts about that.Take a deep breath.
We traded all the way up to the 11th pick to draft Olave. Expectations are apart of the job.
So far he has not been a top receiver like we would have hoped. Combine that with his inability to stay on the field and being one hit away from retirement he's going to have some negative thoughts about him.
I didn’t say that he doesn’t want the money. My point was that he hasn’t complained about wanting the money/status without having to get hit or have coverages focus on him. What great player doesn’t want number 1 money though? If he wants it, he will have to prove he can do the dirty work every go to guy does and stay healthy.
I think a 2nd from a team that feels like they are 1 WR away from a championship run would be the best we could hope for, so that pretty much means a pick in the late 50s at the best. I also don’t see any team giving up a 2nd or even a 3rd for him this offseason being that he got knocked out 3 times and ended the year in potential disarray.Might be able to get a very late 1st or 2nd. I'd look at Houston who will probably be without Tank Dell next year and Diggs is old always wears out his welcome. Buffalo is another option. Miami would be an option since Hill will probably force his way out and they are super finesse.
It would be better for the Saints and for him if he just put on the muscle, got stronger and just evolved his game. He's smooth and a tactician who just happens to be fast. He can sacrifice some speed for size/strength which would compliment his route running and hands.
