I have no clue what's been going on in Superman or Action. I dropped both once they put Bendis on it. Haven't picked it up to read since.

Oh, me either. I haven't bought anything in a while and I've barely kept up with things, but based on the changes they've made recently that have been in the news, it wouldn't surprise me to see that they kill off Clark Kent Superman to make way for Jon Kent Superman. I know all these recent changes have pissed off fans and I'd imagine this guy is just trying to smooth that over a bit. I just don't hold any confidence in DC to course correct.

Like I said before, DC doesn't have a clue with these things. People are upset about the Jon Kent decision. They're pissed/furious/etc. about Tim Drake because of his long-standing relationship with Stephanie Brown (Spoiler/Batgirl). And what does DC do? They make the dumb decision. They break Tim and Steph up OFF PANEL. They put it in a book, enraging everyone. Then it disappears for about 4 months. Then all of a sudden, "Awww... they're about to go on their first date." fork you, idiots.

Yeah, DC has basically become completely incoherent at this point. It's very bad.

But too much good indie stuff out there to worry about it anymore.

I'm probably reading the least Marvel/DC stuff I've ever read in my life. Output is just so bad it doesn't interest me. But there's great stuff being produced outside of that.

Yes, I believe so, as well. There have been other times in the past (back in the 90's with the black resurrection suit and the electric blue suit) when the cape was dropped, but those seemed to fit. This time, it just strikes me that it's another change to just cause a stir.

So I recently discovered that David Finch has a Youtube channel where he draws. I find it fascinating to sit and watch him go from a blank page to an incredible work of art in a matter of two hours.

I saw him do that in person once. Left me completely in awe. He actually started with a blank page, stopped half way through, signed autographs for about 35 people waiting and then back to the drawing, finishing in about 2:30. Dude is good.

I thought Neil Adams was bad. forking Rob Liefeld wants $100 to autograph either New Mutants 87 or 98. He wants another $60 if you plan on getting it graded. Then he wants $40 to take a picture with him. What. In. The. Hell?
