With those words I expect him, PC, and Loomis to all hand in their resignation first thing Monday morning. I’ll hold my breath…..

And how will that help the team. It’s a feel good thought…that’s all. Might as well wait till the end of the year and fire them all. You cannot just bring in a new HC, OC, and GM and think you’re gonna win out.

He seems like an awesome person but that just won’t cut it.

I've told the story elsewhere but the guy that delivers our Abita at work had a son-in-law that was coaching under Allen with the Saints. I believe he is currently on the Falcons staff so you can figure it out. My friend with Abita told me that he knows personally that Allen is an awesome person. This was in response to some negative comments I made about his coaching and it also played a little into my backing off the criticism last year.

He’s had many many games to show who he is as a head coach.

Totally agree. His win/loss record combined with what we have seen on the field this year is telling me to stop chasing the rainbow. I'm officially a citizen of the State of Missouri with this coaching staff. They gonna have to show me.

The only thing that saves DA right now is if he went fire and brimstone on the offensive side of the ball. Instead of sitting your first round pick and possibly stunting his growth, why not hold the offensive staff for not coaching him up? Why aren't we putting the TE on that side and helping the kid out? DA needs to fire Carmichael as soon as they land in Nola and make a phone call to Gruden.

I do not buy this. Dennis Allen doesn't know offense. Allen thinks that Pete is capable of replicating the offensive production of Sean because he was his assistant. If Dennis Allen really had an offensive vision that complimented his defense, someone else would be in that role. I personally don't think Allen had a choice in the matter. Allen doesn't question Loomis.

I don’t buy this. Allen is an experienced DC. He game plans against all kinds of offenses each week. If he had an issue with Pete, he would address it. “Pete, where are the crossing patterns, the screens, the middle exploitation, the rubs, etc.?” Also, the presnap motion?

I keep thinking how DA had to basically beg PC to be his OC. At the time it seemed strange that PC had resigned himself to a 'lesser role with the team '. But that's pretty clear now. I guess he knew he didn't have the stuff.

This has been bugging me for weeks, if you didn't want the job, Why did you take it!? I swear sometimes I wonder if he's doing this on purpose.
Does he scribble down some plays before the game and just go with it?

We are just executing plays that feed right into defense.

30 seconds left at 24 yd line and we throw 4 passes. Not one targets a crossing pattern, slant or curl in middle of field. Not one.

Add to it they blitzed every time and we still calling pass plays that take longer to open than we can block.

That’s was freakin ridiculous….I see bad coaching and players not believing in the staff.

DA is posturing and that's it. There will be no changes. This is an internal issues that he has aired publicly in hopes of the players hearing him and doing it themselves. Yes, the players are grown men however, this is not how you motivate anyone. By threats. You keep that internal, make a move and then answer why.

I’m tired of this saying, because ain’t no way be wants this offense. And if he does why beg Pete to run if after he said he didn’t want it, he could’ve had any no name college coach running this offense.

Dennis Allen is a terrific talker but unfortunately I haven't seen him put much of that talk into action. He's the guy in a burning building telling you all the pros and cons of which door to take and while he's spending all his time explaining the benefits and downsides eventually the building continues to burn until eventually it collapses on him and all of us listening to him. Make a move, maybe it's the wrong move but if you stand around talking about it... we're all going to burn.
