Pssst, DA - stop saying, "You with me?" Soooooo weak!

Before the equipment staff part, I heard the high pitch “yeah!” response (from Dalton?) and he got them going with the big boy NFL football. I haven’t seen that bare minimum of energy all year since maybe after the week 1 comeback win @ Atlanta.

Just glad the locker room’s happy and building momentum and confidence some kind of way.

I don't think he lost the locker room like we all thought. Seeing Malcolm Roach bear hugging him after the game was over told me he might not have lost them afterall.

I agree. Roach may not be one of the BEST guys on that defense… but Roach is a guy that other guys follow.

This video is the best evidence I have ever seen that makes me have a sliver of belief in DA.



…I get that guys need to learn how to be successful… and DA really had ZERO opportunity with the Raiders…

…but this right here might be the best win he’s ever had!

Sometimes you need to play thru adversity, and get a little lucky… and STILL GET THE W… to learn HOW to figure it all out.

You know if we go on this little win streak, DA will be our coach next year. I want the guy to win, I really do, but that Tampa game still leaves a horrible taste. You can blame this season on injuries for a good bit, but there's the in game management aspect that has to be evaluated. There was no adjustment last week against Atlanta's run game, playcalling for about 3/4 of every game is suspect. Is DA really the guy to call one of our other coaches out for that?

I'm still skeptical about sticking with him, but if I see more of this, and some more aggressive play calling, I could be convinced to keep him another year.

I see this and wonder if maybe he saw his post game speech last week and realized that wasn't what's needed from him.

Fwiw, I never thought he lost the team. I just felt like the team is in most games but not finishing games and not enough attention to detail.

Edit: to be sure...I'd take Payton back in a heartbeat regardless.
