I agree with your overall point that outside the elite or top tier group the rest are largely pretty interchangeable.

10 through 15 might be interchangeable so maybe not low. Just wanted to go through the exercise... these are not an actual ranking, i didnt really dig much deeper than the top of my head.

Yeah I think he’s a top 10 to 12 QB, but I think he’s perceived as lower only because people are using an old bar or standard of QB that doesn’t currently exist. He doesn’t LOOK like what a top 10 QB used to look like, if that makes sense.
