He skips the week 11 Tampa Bay game.

He returns for the Cle vs Hou game week 12.

Any other scenario, I would agree, but this is different. This is a noon game. Not a Sunday night, Monday night or even Thursday night. A regional noon game. The League is gonna bury that game.

I think that’s right. The lawsuit would have been a loser but it could have been costly and involved injunctions where he’s playing while this thing drags out in court.

A settlement prevents that and means he’ll be suspended when this season gets started.
