I hate The Who. I hate that the Saints Super Bowl had them as their half time performer. I think Pete Townsend is about as average a guitarist as it gets, and Keith Moon just banged hard on his drums and destroyed hit set so everyone thinks he's one of the best drummers. I like one song that they've released and that's Pinball Wizard.

Pretty much every other band listed I can stand several of their songs, so for me it has to be The Who.

This video disagrees with you. I mean, I agree Townsend is no master but he is far from "average".

In the world of superstar lead guitarists, the video you posted is quite average at best. Not really saying much if that is the best you have.

How anyone likes The Beatles or Floyd is beyond me.

You carry some unhealthy baggage or have some 60's/70's envy. The Beatles I can understand some finding them overrated. I disagree, but some don't care for their many pop-oriented tunes. But there body of work is outstanding.

Now, if someone dislikes Pink Floyd, well, you need help.

I like most of the groups being listed. One group that I never cared for is Steve Miller Band. They ripped off (called it a tribute to) Free's "All Right Now" and I've never found them to be much of a band. And his vocals = meh.
