Rattler has a better arm than Haener and may well have better intangibles.

They need to let Juwan go or slim him down and go back to playing WR.

I liked going for 2. Didn't care for the play design, but I get it. I think Moreau makes that catch, though.

Ruiz was doing his best impression of a turnstile out there today. On some plays, Penning would release his guy to get to the second level and Ruiz would totally whiff.

Old Man Cam is just further cementing his legacy as a Hall of Famer.

We might have won this game if Rattler starts. If there is anyway possible to move on from Carr next year I would prefer to just let Rattler start next year and maybe develop.

I still want Loomis to move up and bring in a new GM and I am ready to have a full coaching change. Bring in a new HC and let him and a new GM rebuild the staff.

Absolutely. I have no confidence at all in Loomis at this point. But I have a feeling this will insure that Rizzi will be the coach next year. A big loss and he might be gone. I want a total clean start.

I disagree hot one. The fg redo thing was a shady never seen that before deal but the rest of the game coulda been much worse reffing. Maybe shoulda tried the xp but it really was a six half dozen sit. Let ak rest next week playoffs are out of reach. D line deserved the win shame they didn't get it.

totally understand going for the 2 there … it’s an untimed down at the 2. You make it…you win!

However, I think it’s also fair to say it was shortsighted on Rizzi’s part.

You just scored a TD on the last play of the game. The defense has been playing well and the crowd was jacked.

Why not kick it to OT and see what happens?

Take the immediate pressure off your rookie who just drove the field for a TD at the clock strike.

Get a chance to settle back and see how the next 10 mins play out for your season.

Again, I get why you go for it, but I also think it robbed Rattler of a chance to play an important OT when he’d already answered the bell with a TD pass at the buzzer.

I do not think the defense was playing that well. In the last 8 minutes, Jayden Daniels overthrew a touchdown to Mclaurin, underthrew a touchdown to Mclaurin, and Mclaurin dropped a touchdown. I believe going for 2 is the right call. We had the momentum.

If we had to run that play again, I would rather have Austin in the slot instead of Juwan Johnson.

STOP rolling QBs to the boundary when going for two, I hate narrowing the options by cutting the field in half. Makes it way too easy for the defense

HOWEVER, proud of the Saints. They could have easily lost this game 30-0 or worse. We got lucky a couple times, but we still fought.

Spencer is clearly the best backup QB on the roster and that’s no longer debatable by anyone.

They fought hard in the 2H

this...loved the call to go for 2..hated the play called. Rattler is a scrambling QB...let him drop back, look for open guy & if not there, make something happen with legs. The rollout limits you to just a couple receivers and they had everything blanketed on that side.
