Hot Takes Welcome (Post Commanders Loss) (3 Viewers)

I’m not singling him out as my favorite choice at this point (he’s not) but the Commanders are the fourth ranked team in total offense and he’s done a great job with a rookie QB.
there are a bunch of rookie qbs this year in the nfl, and the only offensive mind who has done as well or better than klingsbury with their rookie qb is well known to us and not coming back here.

Only in dreams does that guy come back here.

Still, listening to Washington fans the last few weeks, they are growing tired of Kliff’s play calling, and they feel as though Jayden is keeping that offense competitive (not the system).

The refs weren’t going to be denied today. They had money on Washington today. I hope they choke on their Christmas pudding.

I’m fine with the results. I’m at peace.

Rattler is the chosen one. Under similar crap circumstances, Rat showed he is going to be the building block (if you want to call him that) moving forward. I’m at peace with that. He just needs to fine tune a few things, and I would still draft a quarterback high in the draft if possible.

Rizzi ball might not be the long term answer, but if you are going to be in purgatory (as you get out of cap Hell) he wouldn’t be a bad coach to shepherd you though those times.

Rizzi is on a streak.

If you go into next season with Juwan Johnson or Foster as your #1 & #2 TEs you get what you deserve.

Kendre is developing into the guy we expected. Darn DA for being a culture vulture.

Washington is going to have a hard time in the playoffs if they get in. 1 and done would be my prediction. Daniels is the best quarterback in this draft (or the last 3), but he needs better talent around him.

That is the path I like. Rattler needs to round a few corners, but the guy can score. The growing Rattler needs, will be between the ears. Siting behind Carr has been good for Rattler. Next year he will be a solid QB2, that will play in 4 or 5 games. Saints QBs are always in the shop.

Every great Saints team we ever fielded, we had great TE play. This is just Loomis, sleeping on the job..........again!!

The defense has played a lot better recently.

Upgrade needed at tight end.

If (some) fans had their way, Payton would have never made it to the 2009 season here, and wouldn’t have kept his job long after that season.

Kingsbury is a terrible HC candidate. If the Saints hired him, it would be among their worst ever hires. I can't believe any of you guys think that would be a smart choice. His record speaks for itself. He's an OK coordinator and that's it.

My generalized preferences; I’d rather not have a re-tread head coach and I’d rather not have another defensive head coach.

That said, it’s expected that Kingsbury and Glenn will be among the leading candidates in this hiring cycle so I’m acknowledging him given that expectation.

There’s obviously a strong interest in Ben Johnson among fans but I don’t know what our chances are of landing him.
