DA was hired because we were sold this team is ready to win now. It clearly is not.

Some of that can be blamed on injuries for sure but to ignore the glaring issues on this team that starts at the top would be a huge mistake.

We need some form of a reset, I am not advocating to burn it all down but something needs to change and that should start with DA. I don't care if he goes now are at the end of the season but he need's to be gone.

Time to move on from all these aging vets and continue getting the salary cap in shape. The focus for the next couple of years needs to be draft picks and development while you find out if Rattler can a true starter.

If Rattler hits and we spend some time getting the Oline back in shape and filling out the roster then you can start to make a push for some FA signings to fill any gaps to make a run for it.
 
We have to lead the league in missed tackles and missed sacks

It seems at least once a game the QB spins out of 3 potential sacks and either runs or throws for the first down (and it’s almost always third and long when this happens)

What could he possibly adjust? The o line wasn't good to start now you have PS and insurance salesmen playing all 3 spots on interior ol. Only real WR goes down on first drive, he has a rookie qb in first start and the rb gets hit in the backfield on every run

Hopefully all this trade talk with the raiders is a smoke screen and we’re really trying to get Maxx. Not that I wanna give more picks up but that player makes more sense.

Clown it all you want it’s a fact.

07, 08, 14, 15, 16. Those seasons happened.

Take 2016 for example. Saints sitting at 5-8, win 2 of the last 3.
There was a 0% chance to make the playoffs and we could be watching Mahomes and Payton win it all every year if we had picked a few spots higher.
 
Not sure this is hot since I’ve said it for three years.

Dennis Allen is a loser HC and overrated as a DC.

Derek Carr is the kind of QB who looks good the last three games once his team is eliminated from playoff contention. Terrible leader.

Loomis is a dinosaur and his ultra aggressive style doesn’t work anymore because they can’t scout worth a crap.

He’s set the tram back five years at least with stupid extensions and dead money for a mid tier at best squad going nowhere with a loser hc
