True, but what rds did they get these players?

SF has:
5th rd
3rd rd
2nd rd
1st rd-Williams
UDFA
As their starters

KC has:
3rd rd
3rd
2nd rd
2nd rd
6th rd

Ravens have:
1st rd
1st rd
UDFA
2nd rd
4th rd

Bills have:
2nd rd
5th rd
5th rd
2nd rd
3rd rd

You mean in some cases they developed guys from a round lower than 3rd into starters? Omg that's just crazy talk.

Just read this, and I'll grant you that it can be awfully subjective, but:
Fuaga started hot in the first few weeks and looked like a bargain for a Saints team that badly needed an offensive tackle. So much has changed since then. The rookie left tackle now ranks 64th out of 67 qualifying tackles in pass block win rate and had the lowest PBWR among tackles in last week's loss to the Broncos.

Hard to take multiple shots at OL if the SOP is to constantly trade up for one guy that team management falls in love with.

Soldaveri needs to develop. Patrick is a free agent. Having McCoy, Patrick, and Ruiz all out of the same time is not the standard to evaluate draft needs. We have two tackles who are first rounders who can play in this system. McCoy is one of our best players. We extended Ruiz. We drafted Soldavari with the first pick of the fourth round. We have to see if Patrick is worthy of a legitimate contract and just draft for depth on the o line. The real needs of this team is to rethink the type of defensive lineman we have. These long slow defensive ends are horrible at finishing the sack on mobile quarterbacks. We just need speed on defensive as our number one draft need. Mathieu and Jordan are aged. Davis is showing signs of aging. We need a youth movement at all three levels. I am less worried about the offensive line seeing what this team can do in the new offensive scheme than the defensive scheme. Allen has a good defensive scheme but we just need more speed on defense particularly in the front seven. We need a legitimate pass rush threat more than anything on this team. Chase Young is not it. Jordan is not it. Granderson is ok. Breesee is ok. Everybody else is negotiable for replacement.
