I'm sorry i just don't understand the Carr hate!! Tell me why do you think he's such a terrible QB? Yes , he's not Drew Brees but no one is! but we have no one close to his talent on the roster! Rattler? Rattler? please he may workout one day but not in the next two years. I had high hopes for Jake Haener but that didn't seem to work out either........Jameis Winston would be a step down from Carr!!!!!! I think we keep him around for the next two years and hopefully we'll draft someone at some point. But we have been successful at all drafting a qb in the last 10years.

Haener looked real good (relatively) in one game after they pulled Rattler but he looked terrible in the game he started. I agree with you that I don't see it clicking with him, stranger things have happened but again I just don't see it. Rattler has more upside on paper for sure and if we release Carr, I personally hope we just roll with him and see what that looks like. Unfair maybe that he's only a second year player but it is what it is, these guys all know that you have to seize the opportunities when they come rather than when you want them to come.

I don't particularly mind the idea of bringing Winston back but does he want to back up a second year guy? Because I think it's pretty clear at this point that Winston himself is not a consistent enough QB to be that guy for any team serious about winning football games.

No bro, i'm a diehard fan never miss a game! However, our Oline sucked mostly and we had all 2nd and 3 stringers most of the year......were you watching??
I think he did ok with what he had to work with! Tell me who you would replace him with realistically...not that we can afford it......
