I know that I prolly posted this before, but my buddy from college was in a band that was on a HUM cover album and their version of Stars is almost as great as the OG one. I re-posted b/c I listened to it again today for the first time in a minute and felt like sharing again...

This is such an odd song to cover - it's an odd song to start with (this highly orchestrated and multi-part Sufjan Stevens song about the 1893 Columbian Exposition (World's Fair) and a dream about poet Carl Sandburg), and it's such a studio production that you wouldn't think a guy, a guitar, and two vocalists would do . . . yet here we are. Kind of awesome if you know this song.
