It's very funny, but so appalling. I hope the neighbor has a good security system-- but that ***** would probably threaten her.

I hope that there is a follow-up report that contains the jail sentence for this horrible, horrible subhuman creep. She deserves about 50 years worth of incarceration. She'll get to see how good the WIFI is behind bars.
