In all the restaurants I’ve eaten at I don’t think I ever knew the religious affiliations of any of our the servers

How would this even come up?
Indeed. It would have to be someone actually asking servers if they are atheist or not. I'm there to eat. If the service is good I'll tip well, if not, I'll probably tip a little less.

I hope this is not real. What a forked up way to live.
It's sad we live in the world where the chances of all these "first hand accounts" being true or false have about the same odds.

I find people who act like Karens and people who make up stories about people doing wrong to get likes on the internet to be equally pathetic.

Agreed on both counts.

"blah blah atheist, can't support them, but here is some more business."

Words without context on the internet are like comic books to me. Fun to read, but complete fiction.

There needs to be video with context on either side of the incident for me to believe an internet story completely

And even then, sometimes the judge makes a mistake and the guy really did have his license so the whole video is inadvertently fake.

When I waited tables, I would always come to the table and say "Hi folks, my name is Widge and I'm going to be your waiter tonight. Can I start you off with some Richard Dawkins? I'll come back for your drink order once you agree with me that there is no god." I found it led to really great tips.

Seriously, I'm sure the account in that story never actually happened because nobody ever knows the religious affiliation of their waiter. I personally follow a don't ask don't tell policy on my atheism and I think most atheist do the same. In fact, when asked I usually just say I was raised Catholic and leave it at that unless pressed more on the issue.
