I think it was his crew, but it wasn't a holding penalty it was a false start (and an obvious one at that).

Ah yes, I think the holding call was on the Eagles previous series (The Fujita GoalLine stand drive) IIRC Garcia scrambled for a big first down, but it was called back for a dubious hold.

But my memory is awful, so it's probably completely wrong.

We've been jobbed by Carey to many times. He may of graded out the best ref, but he certainly isn't when he refs for us.

last year during the chargers oakland game. this was when the ravens and chargers where fighting for the #1 seed. rivers completed a pass on 4th and 10 fro 16 yards. the WR for the chargers got up untouched and spun the ball on the ground o make the football spin as a top. the radiers fell on the ball and they could have run out the clock. mike carey ruled illegal forward pass 5 yard penality but since it occured after completion and since the 5 yard penality was subtracted from the gain it was still enough for a first down.

the colts pats game of this year was the worst i have ever seen. mike carey didnt call that game so he is safe on that one.
