Most weed makes you docile, jovial and famished.

Not saying weed caused the violence, saying it could cause not thinking clearly. And not being able to cover your tracks in a murder cover up.

Report: Evidence puts Hernandez with dead associate on evening of murder.

It&#8217;s apparently unfolding.

The victim has officially been identified as 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, and his death has been ruled a homicide.* According to FOX 25 in Boston, police have determined that four men &#8212; including Hernandez and Odin Lloyd &#8212; were in a vehicle together after leaving a bar, and that only three of the men returned to Hernandez&#8217;s home.

Per the report, and supplemented by tweets from Ted Daniel of FOX 25, forensic evidence collected by police places a vehicle &#8220;driven by&#8221; Hernandez at the &#8220;crime scene.&#8221;* It&#8217;s unclear whether the crime scene was the location where Lloyd&#8217;s body was found, or whether the crime (i.e., the site of Lloyd&#8217;s murder) occurred elsewhere.

FOX 25 also reports that Lloyd sent a text to a friend referring to Hernandez.

UPDATE: 06/19/2013, 12:00PM: Things continue to develop and likely cause more concern for Aaron Hernandez's girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins. According to reports, the victim in this case is Odin Lloyd, who also happened to be dating the sister of Jenkins. While Hernandez has not been ruled a suspect, most current information as reported by WBZ-TV says that Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect yet, either. WBZ is also reporting that Hernandez has remained uncooperative despite investigators being on his property for hours and removing a box from his home. More information is sure to come out on this one, and we'll stay on top of it.

This is very strange. It seems like he has a history of shooting people in the face. I don't understand how Hernandez shot a guy, in the face, in a car, and it wasn't a bigger deal.

Could this be a case of "When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong"? I hate to jump to conclusions, but when you've already shown the ability to allegedly shoot some poor guy in the face, well that just raises red flags.
