As long as he doesn't go straight stupid and create a new universe a la the Kelvin timeline, I'll give it a chance, especially with Matt Reeves and Bruce Timm on board. However, if Timm tries to pull another The Killing Joke fiasco...

I think I read that Hamill is done with the Joker and had Conroy not died, that would be the only way he came back. So, he's done.

I hope she stays on board. I love her as WW. Just need to give her something to work with. The first WW movie with her was solid. The rest was pretty forgettable.
