Do you trust the Raiders, Jags and Cowgirl organizations to bowl a strike these days? I sure don't!

The point is that other than the Bears, they all fired their coaches after the season and we had a 2 month head start on getting prepared for the process and are dead last. I don't get it.yes but i wouldnt think you would or even can do interviews mid season, unless maybe your interviewing people not currently on a team not sure of the rules
Every coach has his own contacts. Its not like there’s an objective power ranking of assistants and the first hired gets first pick. You think the other 5 coaches aren't looking at those guys on other staffs? Or the teams that just lost coordinators to the teams that hired them as head coaches? We're last.

well if we could have done our in person interviews we may be further along, unless we are awaiting coaches that are still in playoffsThe point is that other than the Bears, they all fired their coaches after the season and we had a 2 month head start on getting prepared for the process and are dead last. Im actually happy. Didn’t want any hire thus far but Ben Johnson. Anyone left Im good with minus Rizzi
No to Brady
I agree, now we have our pick of at least 3-4 coaches that could make a change, no excuses. Everything has turned to our favor in 1 day.I have a disgusting feeling its going to be Rizzi. Mostly because of how Loomis has spoken so much about continuation. And in his presser, I didn't even remotely get the impression that he believes we need a soft rebuild. Which makes me believe he's going to press on with the continuation.
And just for clarity. His game time adjustments were awful, and so was his game management as interim head-coach. He may have been good in organizing the team every week leading up to the games and replacing bad coaches. But during game time he was nothing more then a cheer leader fumbling clock management.
