She became more weird than hot several years ago and even before then, I wouldn't categorize her as attractive or "cute" and there's a lot of great male/female singers who can sing their arses off, and yet still sound better than her. Lorde is a singer/songwriter Miley never could hope to be or try to be. Taylor Swift? Please don't insult my intelligence, as Cyrus couldn't write or sell like her in her wildest dreams.

I don’t think Taylor makes good songs (her voice and tech are way too basic) but as a staunch anti-TS person I have to admit some of her lyrics are pretty good

I have to admit that I knew exactly how many of those words would be pronounced.

Not all of them are Baltimoreisms though - my favorite was one was the last one (did you eat) and I loved that someone at the table knew the proper response is "no, jew?" (not to be confused with the Jews).

I flipped a few channels to watch the countdown (because tradition and stuff) and there wasn't anything special about any of them.

I do like that that Dick Clark can't be thrown out there post-stroke anymore, because I thought that was just a monstrosity.

Related note, am I the only dude that thinks Miley Cyrus is not at all attractive?

But Miley is super talented and has a great attitude. Other than the ink, what’s not to like? (Other than the fact you could be her grandfather )

While I wouldn't categorize Miley as hot, she definitely seems comfortable in her own skin and is confident on the big stage. I think she has an amazing voice and has really embraced the niche she fills of doing amazing covers. She has some pretty solid singles as well.

The ink doesn't bother me that much. I wouldn't say she was dazzling last night, but she did look pretty good for the most part.

I think Miley has done well for herself and while I'm not a fan of some of the stuff she does, I'd watch a concert of hers over a lot of other performers. Her voice just does it for me.

I’m born and raised In Maryland and I never knew what the state song was until I visited university of MD my senior year if high school, in early December.

The clock tolled and I thought it was really cool it was playing Oh Christmas Tree and I mentioned as much

And that’s when I found out that Maryland’s state song is Oh Christmas Tree with different lyrics

Having friends over. Have a good whiskey selection and lots of craft beer. Probably playing board games/trivia for adult fun, ordering pizza or maybe pick up BBQ for food, and letting the kids play the PS5 (hooked it up in the media room/projector to really keep them preoccupied). Yeah, routine stuff. Not into going out in a stuffy outfit and paying for overpriced everything.

I don't go out on amateur night. I saw some pretty horrendous accidents when I used to work until 2:00 in the morning or so and then be on the road.

Nothing too warped. A few beers and then these living room hogs come down Sunday. Love em though, some of those cars are my age.
