Plus side is we may adopt a new running scheme.

One thing is for sure the offense needs more talent and more than just QB, RB, WR, OL and TE still need more talent a depth in order to run any system being implemented offensively, this offense needs to be built into dominate group much like the defense has in recent years.

But, "the problem"? No. "A problem"? Yes. The performance of the O-line took a step back once he took over. I never thought he was that good.

As if any of us would have any clue. You've never had a single conversation with Roushar in your life. You don't know anything about him without a quick visit to Wikipedia. You wouldn't recognize him if he bumped into you on the sidewalk.

Heh, you knew better. No real noteworthy move was going to be made. And they won't. We could still be averaging barely over an offensive touchdown per game by week 8 and no real hammer will drop.

It's wild for people witnessing this mess and know that real changes need to be made. But considering how this organization has been run for the past couple of years, it's expected.

The O-line has been average, at best, ever since Aaron Kroemer left the team. They don't have any synchronicity in their play and they don't have a lead dawg on that line...
