I think they're staying with Scam... until they aren't. Gotta think a new coach, especially one coming from college, is gonna want his own guy. They are gonna see how the draft starts shaking out, and see if they can snag one of those QBs. When they do, they'll say something like "The value was just too good to pass up" or something like that. They will announce that Cam will tutor the rookie for the future, while secretly reaching out to get something, anything for Cam in a trade. If they can't find a trade partner, they'll let Cam start, and once they're 0-4 or something close, they'll bench him for the rookie they wanted all along, saying "We gave Cam every possible chance, but it's time to go a new direction. Good thing we drafted that QB we had no intention of ever drafting!"

This sounds like us taking Matt Flynn saying that he is our qb and then drafting RW and RW surpassing Matt like he is standing still...winning the job. and 2 years later winning the SB. I think I saw this play out one time.

I know of at least 3 of those losses that Drew Brees didn't play because those games were meaningless. So, let's say 5-9 when the games counted. Not a good record at all. Keep 'em coming, Cam!!!

And I've heard rumours that they might trade McCaffrey. That would make it even better for us next year . our first meeting last year with them we only won by three points and their kicker missed a fg.
