Someone has to try to run with Ginn. One thing I know for sure is Peters and Talib cannot for an entire game.

Home team still gets 3. Both games right now are basically pick ems based on the early line. As it should be in a championship game. We're -3.5 while the Chiefs are -3.Yes, was just referring to media (and I don’t care it’s just a talking point) my friends....Rams message boards. I was not referring to the betting line.
And I believe a home team gets 3 for just being at home but that could be different now as I don’t mess with that stuff.
Rankins is a 3 tech, not a big run stuffer. Stallworth and Davison are more in that mold. IMO, we will miss Sheldon less against the run and more against the pass b/c he has been getting a good push in the middle and has really developed his spin move. The good thing is that Onyemata has really been coming on and Stallworth has been a great pick up b/c he's very stout in the middle.Perhaps, the reason we are underdogs is the loss of Sheldon Rankins. With Gurley hitting the middle, we will certainly miss Sheldon. Without a big run stuffer, things will be tough, but I still think we’ll come out on top.

If the offense manages a fast start to this game, I really think Goff will be too overwhelmed to overcome the crowd and mount any real comeback.
Is there a DB in the league that I feel can shut down MT
NO
He is getting old. I was unimpressed and unconcerned about him coming back. I live in Colorado so Broncos are the local team shown on TV. Talib's last year with them was mediocre to poor. That is why the Broncos chose to let him go.Talib was terrible last week. He's either not healthy, rusty, or he's just getting old.
Plus, wasn't Talib in concussion protocol during the game? Can't remember if he came back in the game or not.
One thing though Hump, both Peters and Talib were getting roasted Saturday night and Prescott couldn't hit anyone. Looks like Talib still is being bothered by the injury some too. I have confidence we'll see our guys getting open often and feasting.
I think what was said is that if you watched the game, Cooper and others were open, but Dak was unable to make the throws. Because they stacked the line, it was often long yardage to go and Dak was under pressure. So despite it all, secondary looked good on paper, but maybe not actually. The Rams will definitely defend the Saints differently than we did Dallas.
And I'm not sure where you guys are getting that Talib played poorly? I barely remember him giving up a catch. And he's not unstable at all - he's a team captain and a huge part of our defense.
