Rank who you like most of the 8 confirmed HC candidates plus Gruden (3 Viewers)

For me it's Glenn beyond any doubt. He has worked with two high profile HC's, He is a former NFL player, so he shall have player's respect more so then a Cullen Moore, he will clean house on the defence and hopefully in conditioning.
I just hope he keeps Kubiak because of what I saw in the first two games last year before the whole thing blew-up because of injuries and DA who was clue less as a leader.

Serious question, what makes you think Moore would be a good head coach? He is just an OK OC.
Dallas had a pretty good offense while he was the OC (2019-2022) under both Garrett and McCarthy, but does anyone know if he was the playcaller?

I'm intrigued by him, as his resume is a little reminiscent of Payton's -- college quarterback, had a cup of coffee in the NFL but was too undersized, assistant coach and then OC for more than one team, not one of the "hot" names but has built a resume working under different head coaches with different types of quarterbacks.

I'd be interested to know what he's like in front of a room full of players, though, and, beyond the X's and O's, whether he has the kind of personality that would command the room.

Aaron Glenn is my number one. He has experience with the organization. It may allow us to keep Kubiak. The Saints Lions ties are strong with Dan Campbell and Glenn along with a few players.
Our major problems are on defense. Offense needs to stay healthy but getting Glenn and drafting a premium defensive lineman to fill DT alongside Bresee or replace Jordan is a must.
We need two new safeties. I do not want Vrabel particularly if that comes with Josh McDaniels. Tom Brady made a lot of coaches look better than they are.

I do not want Kliff Kingsberry. Jayden Daniels makes him look better than he is.
Moore could not make it San Diego and just benefits from the talent on the Eagles.

Glenn has made an injury plagued defense still competitive in Detroit. That speaks to coaching more than fielding a roster of pro bowlers.

I don't know about Kubiak. He had the worst offense (ranked 32nd) in the NFL in the 2H of games. He constantly showed that regardless of injuries or any of that, he could not adjust once teams adjusted to him at halftime. I guess the jury is still out on him, but it is really hard to judge. We did well against, at the time, 2 of the worst teams in the NFL. Then we did not do well again all year but rarely ever were in a good spot due to health.

We scored 7.7 points in the 2H on average. Almost 6 points below the season before (I understand injuries) but I’m more concerned with the lack of adjustments which was a knock on Kubiak even prior to his stop here.

Glenn's defenses have not been that good since he has been in Detroit. I think that gets overshadowed by how good the offense is. What is odd is that their biggest weakness has consistently been the pass defense, which should be his specialty.

I don't see all of you alls fascination with Brady besides he was OC at LSU. At LSU that team was stack with talent the same at Buffalo. His time at Carolina would be what he would do here.

Let me put in my mickey Loomis hat......oh wow....this hat fits pretty tight. Our next coach is already in the building.
