What players have called Gruden a racist?

Have you ever seen how over time a person hanging out with people will tend to develope similar traits as the group they hang out with? It’s a fact of life. Take a Yankee and move them south they will start sounding different, using some of the same words and speech sounds.
I say this because coaches are no different. Older coaches will tend to do some of the same dance moves and sing some of the same songs as his younger players. They also use some of the same words and phrases. We all know black athletes will call others their N! If a coach is well liked and fits in he may use the word also but as a form of love for his brothers. I think this is why Gruden has never been accused as a racist. Players love him and feel a close connection to him, he’s their N..A” respectfully

If we are not going into rebuild mode, it does not matter what name we get! We will squander three more years before picking the next coach!

Vrabel - just because it's likely going to take some experience to turn this around

I get the thought process, but the premise isn't true. Payton didn't have HC experience. Mike Tomlin didn't either. Dan Campbell only had interim HC experience. Dennis Allen had head coaching experience and then proceeded to do the exact same thing he did with the Raiders. Prior head coaching experience isn't indicative of future success. Finding the guy who gets it, that's what matters.

You're looking for a guy who gets it. Sure some retreads get it their second time around, but some many don't. I want the Saints to abandoned the safe retread philosophy and find the next great coach. Vrabel is a safe choice but it's not an exciting choice. I dont see him creating a record breaking team. He'll have a nice competitive team that peaks in the season and exits in the playoffs. Marty Schottenheimer was a good coach. He's a better version of Jim Mora than Jim Mora. So help me God, I don't want that safe season early playoff exit existence that you sign up for with these retreads.

I want the Saints to find and give a chance to the next great head coach. I hope they sign someone with no head coaching experience.

The lack of Brian Florres love is wild. He's definitely on my list and above Aaron Glenn
