Portal Message

Every time I sign on I get something about an index.php and don't get the home page.

Ok, another problem. I can't seem to find the predict the score or even get a pm to Klezande.

Andrus,

Just wanted to let you know, I think I have fixed the log in problems and reset my avatar. My avatar is actually a new one, the old avatar was similar to this one, except picture was taken in Lafayette before one of the saints games in Tiger Stadium. This picture was before the Atlanta Monday night game. I may have to change/update this one since I have lost about 30 lbs. and shaved the beard and cut the hair very short since then.

I'm kinda proud of myself, changing the avatar and fixing my own problems. For people like me, who are sometimes totally ignorant as far as technology and computer things, I change in your computer pasttime (saintsreport) can be stressful. Overall, I'm glad I'm back and no longer considered a guest with no identity. Please disregard the emails and sorry for being computer stupid.

Freddy

I am not sure if this is the sort of thing you are looking for. But when you edit a post, the OP:
1) cant edit the title
or
2) delete thread

Every time I sign on I get something about an index.php and don't get the home page.

I'm getting this too, on WinXP with Firefox 1.5 and, after upgrade, on 2.0. From a clean start (SR cookies deleted and cache cleared, system reboot) I get the front page and my ID/password is not automagically inserted, as expected with no cookies. When I log in, I get a 'welcome AndyG' screen which redirects after a few seconds to this error message:

You would need to provide your own index.php if they don't have to use the home module, because the index.php included with vbportal, just sends them here. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster

Subsequent restarts recognise me, and I'm taken straight to the error message page.

Big A,

Not really a problem, but it appears that the "new" layout on SSF threads has almost a 1" margin left and right. Is this by design or can I change it so that it will appear full width??

No, sorry. That is by design.

When I click on the "HOME" button I get this message:

You would need to provide your own index.php if they don't have to use the home module, because the index.php included with vbportal, just sends them here. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster

Below that is a box labeled "Module jump".

Click on the SR logo in the top left of the header and let me know if you still get that error.

Try http://saintsreport.com/modules.php?name=Jig

Then try this http://saintsreport.com

Which one gives you the error?

The OP? Which is an acronym for what?

Andrus, the new layout and design are great but what happened to the spell check?

Guys... please read all of the sticky threads before posting here.

The Spell check, Predict the score and many other issues have been addressed there.

First off, thanks for all your hard work Andrus... looks great!

Wondering if I'm the only one...

Some (a very few) posts in threads that I can see are losing a tad bit off the right side of the post. I'm not sure if that is a SaintsReport issue or my own browser issue?
