I am sadly reminded of how Stinchcomb was a solid OT and then was just suddenly washed. Felt like there was no gradual decline, he just went off a cliff. It’s not just you. Think it’s the injuries. He looks washed, comparatively.

Yep. He needed a lane to step in to the throw and it would have been a big play.It was 3rd and 9 JG ran a 4yd route no chance for a 1st. DC was waiting for MT to clear the LB another half sec and the completion was there
The CB picked up MT, that’s why Carr didn’t throw.Yep. He needed a lane to step in to the throw and it would have been a big play.
Joe Alt in the first please and thank you. Unless the worst happens and we lose a bunch. Then I’ll take Drake Maye please and thank you. Think Williams would be gone by the time we pick.Maybe we draft a LT this year and move Penning to RT
I think he had him down the sideline but it would have had to been throw about 35 yards in the air and on a line. Can’t make that throw unless you step in to it.The CB picked up MT, that’s why Carr didn’t throw.
I respect your opinion but I disagree JG ran a 4yd route on a 3rd and 9 he had a DB just waiting for him to make the catch and the DB on Rasheed would have come up for support. Seriously doubt he would have gotten the 1st. I think DC was waiting for MT to clear the shallow DB and be in front of the safety , another half sec and he might have had himThrow it to Graham and let him break one tackle, the defense had 4-5 DB’s covering the three receivers on the intermediate and deep patterns, Graham is going in the opposite direction of the flow and has one man to beat.
I feel like Purdy dumps it to Kittle there and it’s a 15 yard gain.
Funny thing though LT was not the big problem todayA new QB and new LT with one series in the pre-season isn't smart. I remember when the starting O would play a quarter and then an entire half in the pre season. So much for saving it for the regular season.
You can see the CB pick him up here, and there is a safety over the top of the pattern that we can’t see who is probably following Carr’s eyes to that side of the field.I think he had him down the sideline but it would have had to been throw about 35 yards in the air and on a line. Can’t make that throw unless you step in to it.
Injuries.Ram got beat badly a number of times last week too. I’ve also been wondering if there is something off with him this year.
Yeah maybe it wasnt there. The Packers really play their DBs way down the field. That’s when it’s nice to have someone like kamara catch one short and run for the 1st.You can see the CB pick him up here, and there is a safety over the top of the pattern that we can’t see who is probably following Carr’s eyes to that side of the field.

I agree there’s a good chance he doesn’t get the first, but I think it’s a higher percentage play than waiting behind our OL for a deep cross ran by our slowest WR to open up.I respect your opinion but I disagree JG ran a 4yd route on a 3rd and 9 he had a DB just waiting for him to make the catch and the DB on Rasheed would have come up for support.
