If you watch the interview he was real smug about it. He could have just said " It is what it is " He was just a butthead about answering the questionBut why should he be sorry?
SMH, a JAG O lineman does not move the needle Adams doesNot All Pro, I would take a JAG that was average in the run and pass. If he was competent and could hold a pass block for 3 seconds. That would work for me.
Me for sure, and if I’m distracted, I’m sure the Wr room isn’t stable either. Lol.A distraction for who?
The Jets have $88 million in cap space next season and the Saints have -$81 million in cap space next season. They can simply decide that he is worth the money to keep or restructure and there is simply no way we could do that.I really don't see how he would prefer the Jets over the Saints.
Jets have a 40 (soon 41) year old Rodgers, who has already been playing sore/injured this year. The offense is not very creative, and the defense is not that great either.
Saints have a 33 yo Carr, who he's already played more recently with, and put up 1500+ yards and 14 TDs in their only season together. The NO offensive scheme is one of the best in the NFL, and the defense is dominant.
Now the Raiders would obviously do whats in their best interests.... hopefully NO offers a better draft pick package to get the deal done.
Money ain’t the issue. A second round pick and maybe some conditionals. In the NFL they play with Monopoly money. Money is fairy dust when it comes to the cap. Loomis will rearrange a bunch of crap and what da you know we make the deal and stay under the cap. If the Saints want him and the guy wants to come here, it will get done. Adams price is kind of set for a 32 year old WR. Although Adams is better than Diggs, his deal will kind of set the parameters for the Adams deal. I’m not saying Diggs is better than Adams but they will use his deal somewhat for Adams. All my opinion. This makes no sense. We cannot afford him, we’re not 1 piece away and it’s likely that neither Carr, nor Allen will be here next year.
I don’t even think that Loomis could “Loomis” this deal.
PS - Can he play RB2?
Not disagreeing with you but I don’t think longevity will matter as Adams doesn’t have much left himself. Believe he’s 32. Ancient for a wideout, unless his name is TO or Jerry Rice.Obviously either team makes sense. But it’s not really Adams’ decision it’s the Raiders. Adams has a little leverage, he does. But the Raiders aren’t trading to an AFC team. If you’re Adams, my decision would come down to which QB has more longevity, Rogers or Carr. Also, which fan base would you want to play for? Rabid miserable jets fan or the Southern welcoming Saints fans. Also, in NOLA you’ll play in the dome 1/2 the time and once in Atl. Nola imo is beyond a slam dunk. This is more about will Loomis bend if needed.
QB age is completely irrelevant.I really don't see how he would prefer the Jets over the Saints.

You do know Ruiz, Lemieux, and McCoy are injured.....right?SMH, a JAG O lineman does not move the needle Adams does
It's already been stated that his injury isn't serious.Lemieux
