With Payton and Allen making personnel decisions over the years who makes them this draft? Collaboration with the front office and Moore? I don't mind the Moore hire. I am a little worried about what we're going to do in the draft and free agency.
Moore and Loomis.
Moore has to make his own mistakes and grow from them just like everybody else.
There’s no cheat codes.
I don’t think there’s anyway to escape having to pay the piper for kicking the can down the road for so many years.
Mickey even eluded to it last year before the season started.
He said we need to make it uncomfortable.

I’m excited to see the changes coming and I’m sure there will be some eye openers.

Sorry if that didn’t answer your question.

Exactly. You have to have a QB. Now having said that we've seen teams try to force the issue out of pure desperation and squander years of draft capital. Instead of wasting draft picks on QBs I think it's better to use those picks on quality players, build up the roster, and then strike when you find the guy as opposed to a guy. That's the dream anyway. The reality is that teams are under so much pressure to find a franchise QB and they feel like they have no choice but to draft QBs until they find their guy.
Moore may know of some good young qbs in the league that he thinks he could bring in and develop.

Is that slight about the city?.. bulletproof vest?

There are some interesting Eagles free agents: Josh Sweat and Milton Williams (probably out of our price range), Oren Burks, Avonte Maddox, Zack Baun, Isaiah Rodgers, Jack Gates (C), Jack Driscoll, Brian Covey, among others. Some of these are RFA players. Maybe Moore can entice some of them to switch to NOLA.

I hope the FA activity is limited. We don’t need to make the cap situation even worse.

Personal preference, you keep Carr and you see if Rattler can beat him out in training camp. At the very least you hope it’s so close that you give it to player w/ higher ceiling
If the OLine doesn't take a leap forward in 25 then we will need all the backup QBs we can handle.

The way Moore holds his mouth open reminds me of Beavis and Butthead and it bothers me for some illogical reason. That said, it has nothing to do with his skills as an OC which outside of the Chargers have shown to be very good. He's not a huge WOW hire for me, but I'm not really sure who would've been outside of Ben Johnson and even then I'm mainly saying that based on other people's analysis rather than my own.

I'm excited to see how Moore performs in the Head Coaching role and very interested to see how he fleshes out his coaching staff as well all know that's at least half the battle right there. Not too worried about the draft process and FA situation at the moment. We know Loomis is going to be involved to an extent, I doubt Moore has total control like Payton did simply because he hasn't earned that yet but I do know he'll be extensively involved likely along with whoever his most trusted underling is. With the FA situation, we'll see how the money gets moved around over the coming weeks and play with the hand we have, it is what it is.

Went with option 2 on the poll.

The thing with Moore to me is that if he stayed in Philly for another year after this season and they likely duplicate their offensive performance next year, he would become the hottest HC candidate in the league next year. Maybe hotter than Ben Johnson was this year. We just managed to get him a year early before his star rose too high for us to reach like Ben Johnson.

Doesn't mean he will succeed, but it's the right plan and the kind of coach you want to hire.

Very interesting point.
