I haven’t read through all the pages but has anyone thought that the Cooks signing could mean an Olave trade? We have three similar WR now. I know Cooks is o ky signed for a couple of years but now is when Olave has the most value because he has two years left of controlled money.

I’d take a 2nd for him because I’m not paying him 30million in a year or two anyway

only way that happens is if olave doesnt get hurt this year and has a 1,300 yard season lol.

Yeah, but that wasn't really Moore's offense. It was significantly adjusted to fit into Philly's long time power running game.

And again, all WRs need to block to some extent, it's just more important in an outside zone run scheme. Maybe Moore is going to significantly reduce those run plays?

I don't remember where I saw it but I think KM said that it was mostly Siriani's O and he just incorporated some different principals into it

Why though? Not every team has a big X. It would be cool to have if the right person was available, but plenty of offenses function fine without it.

I think it's still a need. Most successful teams have a 6'2" 6'3" 210lb WR type
Now if we draft Warren I'd feel better about not having a big X

He's going to do a lot with a little early in his tenure here and he already has a capable QB to start off with in Derek Carr

Love this signing. Not to say we aren't in the market for a "true" X receiver, but Olave, Shaheed, Cooks is a pretty interesting group. Gotta respect the speed and quickness at all three spots defensively. Having a head coach like Kellen Moore makes it all the more exciting.

Still trying to do the math to figure out how he left 25 years ago and he is only 31 years old. My mom was 39 for 18 years and that math always worked out. Guess we will go with it.
