I think Kool Aid might be a better Safety going forward and you need a lot of depth at the position... but I see what you're saying.
Overall, not a bad draft class (on paper)

I don't think we're moving Kool-Aid to safety.

I understand the reason, but I don't like letting the best CB in Saints history go for 3rd round and later picks.....

I wish Marshon well, and now have another reason to cheer on the Commanders in the playoffs.....

What am I looking at here?
Essentially the commanders had 2, 3rd rounders. One from the Eagles, 72nd pick and their original pick, 93rd overall.

According to the draft chart, I believe he used Jimmy Johnsons points chart to calculate basically "How good is this trade really?" Loomis gets smoked in the trade. Saints got their 93rd pick, where as the 72nd pick is way more valuable, hence the 230 point grade. All the picks Saints got, 93, 131 and 182nd only amount to 188 points, plus Loomis threw the 5th rd sweetner into the deal by sending it to Washington which is 34 more points, meaning Washington won that trade bigly as they come out much better.

I think he's demonstrating that the commanders earlier 3rd...that they got from the Eagles for Dotson....is more valuable than the three picks we got from the commanders.

And shockingly their 2nd round pick is more valuable than their 3rd...

If it wasn't on the table and what we accepted was better than what the other offers were then he has no point other than whining.

A broken femur is no easy injury to recover from, but if Adebo is good to go next season, we can afford this move, we have the depth.

Good move.

Guess that hammy is suddenly feeling better? 😏

At least we got something for him.
If he goes to Washington and balls out immediately it will prove a lot about his character.

He's been a walking injury for the last 3 seasons in a row and hasn't been a shut down corner for just as long.

I've never said anything but I've questioned his passion and dedication for a while now.

It was good while it lasted but it hasn't been good for quite a while.

Ultimately depends on playing time

Were his injuries a smoke screen to prevent from an injury preventing a trade

Or

Injuries were too severe to play for a 2 win team but not Wash

If he was digging it good riddance, if he just can’t stay healthy then time is winning and he cost to much per snaps played

Rooting for Wash hursts our draft value

That and its not like the season is over and those picks are set in stone. Atm Washington is 29 in the draft order and Miami 8. Do we really believe the Commanders are gonna be in the NFCCG? Do we really believe Miami is going to have a top 10 now that Tua is back? Doubt it
