I know it's easy to say these things in hindsight, but Endgame really should have wrapped all of this up. Any other "phases" should have been straight reboot/new universe.

If they have to recast, I *think* the only thing in the can or even in production with him still as Kang is Loki season 2. They could conceivably find a way to replace him going forward, especially since their film slate is allegedly getting massively reshuffled in the wake of Iger returning and Quantamania sheetting the bed.

The immediate stuff coming out (The Marvels and GOTG Vol. 3) doesn't have him in it. So they do have time. They could even conceivably do some reshoots on Loki to explain the change, although who knows if they get money for that. Disney is in hardcore cost cutting mode.

Well, that was between movies early in the franchise. A lot different than an already somewhat established big bad at this stage.

Strangulation doesn't just mean trying to choke someone out, in this case it refers to placing his hands around her neck - which is something abusers do to establish control of a situation. She has injuries consistent with her accusations... at this point I'm not watching anything with him in it. If he establishes his innocence or otherwise makes amends (how does one adequately make amends here?).. then I'll come back on, but at this point, I'm out.

I don't know how he proves his innocence in a he said/she said thing where he doesn't have any history doing that. I mean, I haven't seen the injuries and heard her side of the story. If they settle out of court without him admitting fault, what then?

I don't know what to make of it. The accusations sound bad. But her injuries were supposedly minor. So it seems hard to tell what actually happened.

Fwiw, I have no problem with re-casting if Marvel/Disney goes that route.

I've been a fan of Marvel over DC since I was a kid...Avengers and Thor comics were my favorite. But, I've found, lately, that I thoroughly enjoy the DC Animated Movies like Red Son and Gotham by Gaslight much more than I've enjoyed the latest Marvel movies. I'm hoping they turn it around because I'm missing those Phase I, II, III Marvel movies.

Movie-wise, yes. Hamill has done Joker since then in video games though.

I don't know what Timms was smoking when he wrote that sheet with Babs and Bruce on the rooftop, but a friend of mine who I've podcasted with met him on stage in Hall H of SDCC and read him the Riot Act over it on mic during the panel (she's a huge Barbara Gordon mark).
