Bengals are going to let him test FA to focus on extending Chase. Should the Saints go after him? He is a solid WR that shouldn't break the bank and that is a need we could accomplish in the offseason. Would you rather a different WR in the draft and why?

Would love to have Higgins, but he will get a solid contract from the team that signs him, especially since he will only be 26 next year. I don't see us pursuing him given that Loomis almost never spends big on a WR. The biggest veteran contract we signed other than Michael Thomas was Marques Colston back in 2012.\

I'll add that our biggest FA WR deal was Emanuel Sanders ($12m/year).

I think he's going to break the bank. WR money has gotten out of control since around 2021.

And I tend to think it's just not necessary when there are so many good WRs that come out of college that are NFL ready or close to NFL ready. I think you're better off investing that free agent money on the DL or signing a high level LG.
