Why would any desirable free agent sign with the Saints, knowing the salary cap hell they are in every single year?

38 catches 489 yards 4 TD--probably want 25 Million+ per year---luxury we cant afford at the moment. Draft betterBengals are going to let him test FA to focus on extending Chase. Should the Saints go after him? He is a solid WR that shouldn't break the bank and that is a need we could accomplish in the offseason. Would you rather a different WR in the draft and why?
Up until this yr he's missed a total of 9 games in 4 yrs, Hardly a lot of games for a WRTee Higgins Injury History.
1. He gets injured a lot.
2. He's tough as nails and plays through injuries so he doesn't miss a lot of games.

Tee Higgins is not in the model of Olave and shaheed he’s a fairly big 6’4 and 219 pound receiver. He can run very fast but also make the contested catch which is something we need. Hes more physical than Olave and shaheed. They are not in the same moldWe have Tee Higgins types already in Olave and Shaheed, we need some guys 210lbs+ who can be physical, we have our speed guys already.
Sorry I misread thought you said he MISSED a lot of gamesDid you miss that part where I said he's tough as nails, plays through injuries and doesn't miss a lot of games?
There's no denying that he gets injured a lot, he does. I provided a pic that shows all of his injuries and it's atleast 1 per season.
